The federation has its own lac factory situated at Sidroll, Namkum with all necessary infrastructure for Lac processing and production of different lac value added products like Seedlac, Button Lac, Lac Sealing Stick, aleuritic acid etc. The factory campus is spread over approx. 10 acres of land.

The construction of administrative building cum Lac value addition training centre is in progress as per the State Plan scheme sanctioned by the department. It shall be the first state of art infrastructure for training and promotion of different lac based products and other allied Research & Development unit for Manufacturing, Packaging & Branding and Marketing.
