Honourable Chief Minister of the Jharkhand is the Chairman and Honourable Minister, Agriculture, Animal husbandry and Cooperative Department of the State is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

The Board consists of 21 member:-

(I) Chairman : Chief Minister of the State

(II) Vice Chairman : Minister, Agriculture ,Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Department, Jharkhand.

(III) Elected Directors : 2 -2 representatives from each of five Divisions of the state ie total 10 directors will represent all five divisions in which 50% seats ( one each in each Division) will be reserved for female directors

(IV) Directors by post :

1) Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Sec./Secretary, Department of Forest, Environment & Climate Change, Gov. Jharkhand

2) Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Sec./ Secretary, Finance Departmen,t Jharkhand

3) Additional Chief Sec/Principal Sec/ Secretary, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Depatment, Jharkhand.

4) Additional Chief Sec/Principal Sec/ Secretary, Schedule Tribe, Schedule Caste, Minority and Backward class Welfare, Department, Jharkhand

5) Chief Executive Officer of the Federation.

6) Secretary of the Federation.

(V) The State Government will nominate three such Directors who as per section 07 of the Bylaws Managing Directors of Apex Level Cooperative Institutions or expert in the field of Marketing, Procurement, Value Additions process in some Cooperative Institution.
